The staff at KTT is available to consult with churches or individuals on a variety of topics on an informal or formal basis including: short-term, mid-term and long-term mission involvement; purpose and philosophy of missions involvement, resourcing or assisting mission trip planning. KTT’s staff speak at mission conferences, Sunday schools and other church and evangelistic activities. Our staff is available to discuss training needs with churches and organizations by phone, e-mail, or in person. KTT offers two types of training levels:
A customized service provided by an experienced KTT Planner or Coordinator that will transport church teams through a proven short-term mission process. Churches receive pre-trip consultation, logistical support, pre-field orientation, comprehensive training, on-field management, debriefing and financial accounting. Each team member is provided the following resources: training manual to include a personality profile questionnaire, journal, team member’s guide, and various missions’ resources. A customized onsite training session from an experienced KTT Missions Trainer. Teams will be exposed to various interactive simulations designed to maximize their on-field experience. Training sessions focus on character transformation, the ABC’s of short-term mission, cultural adaptation, team building and evangelism training. Each team member is provided the following resources: personality profile and worksheet, spiritual journal, debrief materials and various mission resources.
